2. A booking is considered provisional until payment has been made. Once payment is received via the link provided in the confirmation email, your booking will be fully confirmed.

3. Payment must be made using the secure payment link provided in your confirmation email. Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the link, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received within the timeframe, your slot may be released.

4. All bookings are non-refundable. By making a booking and completing payment, you agree that the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Your booking reserves time and resources that cannot be reallocated at short notice.

6. Rescheduling may be offered once, and only if requested at least 48 hours before your booking time. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.cannot be rescheduled if notice is given later than 48 hours before the session.

7. No-Shows If you fail to attend your booking, the session will be cancelled and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

8. You and your party are expected to respect the space, equipment, and any guidelines provided by staff. Any damage caused may incur additional charges.

9. Please arrive on time. Any late arrival will still end at the original end time unless an extension is approved and paid for in advance.

10. In the rare case that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

11. Clients agree to follow all health, safety, and usage instructions given by staff. You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and that of your guests during your booking.

12. We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

13. If your booking is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

14. We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control including, but not limited to, power cuts, flood, fire, or severe weather.

15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or damages.
